Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome! Each item available, whether jewellery, pottery, art or photographic print, has been created with love and care. Below you'll find answers to some of the most common questions about materials, care, shipping, and custom options.
Jewellery FAQs
Yes. Every piece is individually handcrafted in my studio on Kangaroo Island, South Australia. This means that no two are ever exactly the same. I may repeat certain design themes or forms, but each creation carries its own unique character and energy.
Many are. Especially the more intricate or higher-value pieces that feature stones and materials I've collected during my travels. These are truly one of a kind and will not be repeated.
Yes, I welcome custom work. You can get in touch through the contact form to discuss your ideas, materials, or design preferences. Once we've agreed on the concept and timeframe, I'll provide a quote before beginning the work.
All packaging is eco-friendly.
Pieces over A$450 (or rings over A$350) come in an exquisite walnut timber gift box with a natural linen lining.
Smaller pieces are presented in a velvet drawstring pouch for safekeeping.
The walnut boxes can also be purchased separately as beautiful gift boxes or keepsakes.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. If there are any variations to this you will be alerted when placing your order and prior to payment.
Yes. I ship worldwide using Australia Post's registered service. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to you.
Because each piece is handmade and precious, I generally don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to craftsmanship, please contact me as soon as possible. I'm happy to assess and, if appropriate, repair the piece.
Handle your jewellery with care and store it in its pouch or box when not in use. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, or unnecessary moisture. If needed, gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth to restore shine — especially for silver pieces.

Pottery FAQs
Most current pieces are functional, such as cups, plates, and bowls. More decorative and sculptural works are coming soon and will be clearly listed as such.
Yes, all functional pottery is food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
Larger works are all unique, while smaller tableware pieces (like plates and saucers) are made in limited editions.
Treat it as you would any quality dinnerware. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended for special or large items.
At this stage, pottery is available for collection in person, or you can arrange delivery via KI Freight. Please contact me directly to coordinate.
